Despatch and Payment
SPECIAL ORDERS
In addition to the many items on the site, our suppliers have thousands of additional items that can be ordered. These include: beads, spacers, hallmark tags, jumbo bolt rings, t-bars, link lock, chain ends, brooch pins, coin mounts etc. We are happy to supply these items to order. Lead-time would usually be between three and six weeks.
Simply contact us by phone, fax, email or the website with your requirements and we can fax or email pictures of available items and approximate costs.
DISPATCH
For orders received by 1.00pm we aim to dispatch the same day.
We use Courier Post Track Packs. Charges are as follows:

PAYMENT
For new accounts we require payment in advance of dispatch.

The following day, upon verification by our bank that funds have been received, your order will be dispatched.

Phone, fax or email your order through, we will make up the order and phone, fax or email the total payable. Upon receipt of your cheque your order will be sent.
